Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
• Delivers remote support for clients and/or enterprise application users.
• Monitors user requests and systems issues, responding to and diagnosing service outages and operational problems.
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend resolution strategies.
• Provides software related updates, maintenance and support for network, system and device users.
• Performs software testing and deployment.
• Executes software maintenance, including patching and upgrades.
• Provides anti-virus management and support.
• Performs all work to meet agreed time, cost and quality constraints.
• May be required to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
