Become a key player as an HSE Field Advisor at CDN, located in Kitimat, British Columbia. Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations in this essential role.
This permanent, full-time job focuses on guiding staff in safe work practices while overseeing CDN’s Safety Program. You will perform audits, lead HSE training sessions, and recommend improvements while adhering to client directives. A pre-employment D&A test is required for candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of occupational safety regulations
• Provide HSE guidance to project personnel
• Conduct site orientations and safety meetings
• Collaborate with project teams on safety issues
• Develop and execute Emergency Response Plans
Requirements:
• 7+ years of HSE experience or relevant education
• Preferred certification: NCSO or COHS
• Strong teamwork with the ability to work independently
