Cebu-Based Assistant Restaurant Manager — Lead & Grow

Jollibee Group is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) in Cebu, Philippines. The ARM will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets by recommending promotional activities and helping implement the store's programs effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and possess 1-2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry. Strong customer management and people management skills are essential.
