Cell Lead
Organizes work of assigned cell (cell works in 24/7 mode) in order to provide optimal utilization of production capacity, high quality products and maintaining safety in the work cell. Owns 24/7 Safety, Quality, Delivery & Productivity area results. Responsible for building team capability through active coaching of the cell line pair leader and definition of training requirements of the line team. Participates in key planned activities to role model and coach teams. Responsible for driving/leading improvement plans for area. Being a role-model of high standard for the cell team.
