Cellphone Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones and tablets.
• Replace or repair damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and applications.
• Perform device testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide customers with technical support and explain repair processes and maintenance tips.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts, tools, and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification in electronics or mobile repair is preferred).
• Proven experience as a cellphone technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
