 6-Month Contract Opportunity | MelbourneWe are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Melbourne Consulting practice on a 6month contract. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering change across a range of consulting engagements, supporting our clients to successfully adopt new workplace technologies and transformation initiatives.You will work across projects at varying stages of delivery, contributing to the development and execution of Change Strategies, Approaches and Plans to drive strong user adoption, sustained engagement, and measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end change initiatives, including training, communications, change network enablement, behavioural change plans, and adoption measurement.
