We’re seeking an experienced Change Consultant to support large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programs within a high-performing consulting environment in Brisbane on a long term contract.
This opportunity sits within a Workforce Organisation team delivering impactful change across digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise platform implementations and operating model evolution.
About the Role
You will play a key role in driving people-focused change across technology implementations such as Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow, ensuring stakeholder engagement, workforce readiness, and long-term adoption.
Working closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders, you will design and deliver structured, human-centred change strategies that enable sustainable transformation outcomes.
