- Coordinating Test & Deployment activities for customers as defined in service contracts and development environments.
- Creating, planning, and managing release calendars and schedules for site deployments, including the creation of deployment documentation for production deployments.
- Managing and aligning test schedules and deployment preparations with the Service Test & Deployment team.
- Overseeing the execution of deployments in production environments alongside the Service Test & Deployment team.
- Delegating Jira tickets received from sites and internal engineers.
- Ensuring plans are met, highlighting potential delays, and implementing mitigation actions.
- Coordinating with stakeholders on all related Test & Deployment activities.
- Handling escalations during site deployments.
