Shape Nutrien’s organizational change strategy as the Change Management Lead. Drive readiness and sustainability through effective governance and change management practices.
You will report to the Director of Corporate PMO and lead the development of enterprise-wide change governance. The role includes advising senior leaders on strategic initiatives, aligning internal and external OCM resources, and fostering a collaborative culture within the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing Nutrien's change capability and delivering effective solutions across all portfolios.
