- Lead sector-wide change programs within ERP & People Development
- Develop and implement change strategies, adoption plans, and communication frameworks
- Deploy change management processes, tools, and best practices within project teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior management
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and deploy targeted interventions
- Coach and support change coordinators and junior team members
- Align terminology and communications across sectors and define best-known methods
- Contribute to budgeting strategies and ensure the integration of change efforts into the broader program
- Continuously evaluate and adjust change approaches based on evolving business needs
- Actively contribute to the growth of the change team through knowledge sharing and leadership
