Change Manager is a pivotal role within MBNL’s Change Management Centre of Excellence, reporting to the Head of Change Management. Sitting at the heart of MBNL’s People, Programmes & Change directorate, this role ensures that our mission “Managing the Mobile Infrastructure to Enable Digital Britain” is realised through meaningful, well‑embedded change that delivers real business value.

You’ll act as both a hands‑on change leader and a contributor to our evolving enterprise change capability bridging the gap between programme delivery and operational adoption to ensure that transformation lands smoothly, sustainably, and consistently across the organisation.
