Enhance ESET's channel partnerships as a Channel Account Manager focused on business growth in Québec. With a hybrid work model, you will engage resellers and drive upsell opportunities through strategic account management.
In this full-time role, you will work closely with channel partners and external teams to maintain a robust sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for managing renewals, addressing inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation. Your contributions will support both the sales team and ESET's overall business objectives across the Eastern Canada region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate business pipeline across accounts
• Drive customer outreach for renewals and upsell opportunities
• Assist resellers throughout the sales process
• Document all activities in Salesforce accurately
• Attend sales meetings and trainings as needed

• Fluency in French and strong English skills
