Description
制定并执行指定区域渠道策略,推动耗材销售目标达成;
管理和激励渠道合作伙伴,提供销售支持及市场策略指导,提升其业务能力;
定期监控渠道伙伴绩效,确保业务执行合规并持续优化;
协调内部资源,联合销售和市场团队开展客户活动,提升市场覆盖和客户满意度;
分析市场趋势和客户需求,优化渠道策略以支持业务增长。
Qualifications
3~5年渠道管理经验,具有仪器耗材或相关领域背景优先;
丰富的实验室行业销售经验者优先;
至少具备相关领域的学士学位;
熟悉渠道管理的运作模式,有优秀的规划、执行与团队协作能力;
合规意识强。
