monday.com is looking for a Channel Partner Manager Lead to build, scale, and lead our partner ecosystem in Mexico. This senior leadership role combines strategy, people management, and hands‑on partner execution, focused on driving growth through indirect channels.

About the Role

  • Own and execute the channel partner strategy for Mexico, reporting to the LATAM Regional Partnerships Director.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 Channel Partner Managers.
  • Build and expand a strong ecosystem of:
    • High‑volume SMB & mid‑market partners
    • Strategic enterprise partners and system integrators
  • Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and scale new partners using local network.
