Charity Development Partner (Laval)

The Charity Development Partner plays a key role in helping establish and grow Laura Canada’s future charitable foundation, while also supporting internal culture and engagement initiatives. This role combines strategic coordination, fundraising research, partnership development, and event planning.

Responsibilities

Charity Development & Fundraising

• Support the planning and implementation of the charity’s programs and fundraising initiatives.
• Research and identify grant, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare compelling grant applications and donor proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and sponsors.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for fundraising campaigns and events.
• Track and report on donations, grants, and impact metrics.
