Job Description
We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to engage customers, promote products or services, and help meet sales targets. You'll assist clients, answer inquiries, and provide excellent support across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
Explain product features, pricing, and promotions
Support customers with orders, subscriptions, or service upgrades
Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Achieve personal and team sales targets
Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on sales procedures and company systems
Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English communication and persuasion skills
Customer-focused, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
