We are hiring Hotel Reservations Customer Service Representatives to help guests with booking inquiries, cancellations, and modifications. Provide accurate information and smooth booking experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
- Provide accurate hotel details, pricing, and amenities
- Document interactions in the system
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors
- Maintain quality and satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on hotel reservation systems and company processes
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communication
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy
