Job Description
- Inspection and Verification : Conduct physical inspections of incoming and outgoing goods (e.g., raw materials, finished products) against corresponding documentation such as purchase orders, packing lists, invoices, or delivery receipts.
- Accuracy Assurance : Verify quantities, product descriptions, item codes, and quality conditions, reporting any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to a supervisor or inventory control staff for resolution.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping : Meticulously document inspection results, update inventory logs, and maintain accurate records of all movements using computer systems, handheld scanners, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP or Zoho.
