About the Role
As a Chef de Partie at The Belfry, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our award‑winning restaurants and events. You’ll manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene while supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
You will also be responsible for:
- Understanding the importance of allergens and dietary safety within your kitchen
- Recording all temperature logs for hot items and refrigerators to ensure full compliance
- Running a section of the kitchen throughout a busy service and providing support to teammates to ensure a fast and accurate delivery
- Clearing and cleaning your section and other areas of the kitchen to maintain compliance
