and Sunday Times Pub of the Year 2023, The Bell & Crown sits just off the
A303 in Zeals, it's been everyone's favourite local for longer than most people
can remember. The garden has a brand-new layout to make the most of the summer
evenings and the 6 bedrooms upstairs have had a refresh.
The food is hearty
and seasonal — proper Sunday roasts, fresh seafood, West Country cider, and
pints of local beer that earn their place on the bar. Nothing fussy. Just good
things, done consistently well.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie
to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy cooking proper food, take pride in the
details and want to keep learning, you’ll fit in well here. You’ll work closely
with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to deliver consistent, honest food
while building your own skills along the way.
