Opportunity: A rewarding opportunity for an experienced Chef to oversee a busy kitchen at an activity centre for young children and adults.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient catering operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Prepare, cook, and serve food following procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks, and allergy management.
Working Hours: 5 days out of 7, 42 hours per week, overtime available. Shift patterns: 5.30am - 1.30pm or 1.30pm - 8.30pm.
