The Trustee for SOGNO UNIT TRUST T/A Oro by Sogno Italiano is currently seeking an experienced Chef to join their team in Broadbeach in a full time role. We are a busy Italian restaurant with lunch and dinner trade, focusing on dine-in service as well as bookings, takeaway/order flow and larger group/banquet service.
We are looking for a passionate chef with at least one to two years hands-on experience, ideally in a restaurant offering pizza, pasta, seafood and classic Italian mains. Must be confident with fast-paced a la carte service, quality control of premium ingredients, gluten free/dietary adjustments, and teamwork across kitchen and floor operation...
