RealMat AS is looking for a skilled Sous Chef in a full-time position for our main catering kitchen in Oslo.
You:
- Are a certified chef (with trade certificate)
- Have leadership experience
- Can work in a busy environment with skilled professionals
- Care about the quality of ingredients and take pride in preparing them well
- Care about customer satisfaction
- Are flexible and can work both in the kitchen and on-site with our customers
- Are fluent in spoken English and in both spoken and written Norwegian
- Hold a valid driver’s license
The position includes:
- Personnel responsibility for kitchen staff
- Leading the production of catering
- Participating in deliveries of high‑end catering
- Participating in deliveries of general catering
- Ordering supplies
- Developing menus together with our Head Chef
