Job Summary We are seeking a Chef to prepare and cook Chinese cuisine, maintain food quality and kitchen hygiene standards, manage inventory, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to company standards Ensure food quality and presentation are maintained consistently Monitor food stock and ingredient inventory levels Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines Handle food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently Assist in menu planning and kitchen coordination when required Work independently and as part of a team Adapt to a fast-paced working environment Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Experience in preparing Chinese cuisine preferred Good teamwork and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment
