Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain

Core Duties:

1. Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
• Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
• Make sure everyone meets safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies as required.
• Lead the unloading of the truck, ensuring team efficiency and enforcing safety measures.

2. Leadership & Team Support

• Motivate and lead sorters; be their point of reference.
• Mentor and support Package Handlers during the sort process....
