Responsibilities:
Support the development, formulation, and optimization of polymer compounds for PPE applications.Conduct material testing and evaluation, including dielectric strength, elongation, aging, thermal resistance, and chemical compatibility.Assist in R&D projects from laboratory trials through pilot and production-scale implementation.Ensure products comply with IEC, ASTM, EN 13485 and other relevant international safety and performance standards.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and research findings.Monitor industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies related to polymer and glove manufacturing.Additional Responsibilities
