In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits and systems. Define architecture and technical strategy for analog hardware platforms aligned with product and business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analog, digital and product management Drive design reviews, validation, and verification processes to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into product development Troubleshoot complex analog design challenges and provide expert guidance on root cause analysis Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization
