Chief, Metallurgist - ON, Canada

Reporting to the Mill Manager, the Chief Metallurgist will provide technical direction and management for all metallurgical activities within the Magino mineral processing plant. The role will lead and control the activities of metallurgical study, development, testing and analyses of designs, processes and procedures relating to mineral processing and precious metal recovery.

As this is a start-up operation, the successful candidate must have a strong focus on employee development to help achieve plant optimization, increased productivity and to maximise return on investment in compliance with corporate objectives.

Additionally, the role will act as Mill Manager as required.
