Chrome Plating Operations Manager

#Tech-Pro-Admin-01 Reports to Operations Manager Role Manage the overall chrome plating process, including chemicals, rack design and maintenance, equipment control, process, production, waste water and maintenance. Minimum Responsibilities Analyze performance of the plating process and troubleshoot problems associated with it. Manage process to achieve customer and/or company cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Assign jobs to supervisors, team leaders; monitor performance. Train supervisors, team leaders and/or team members, as appropriate. Communicate specifications, blueprints, and job orders to supervisors, team leaders, and/or team members as appropriate. Provide plating information for all new job quotes. Ensure team members follow work instructions. Establish and/or adjust work instructions to meet quality standards or engineering changes.
