Job Description
HEB Construction’s Civil Bay of Plenty team is looking for a hardworking and reliable Heavy Civil Drainage Labourer to support our drainage and civil crews across the region.
This is a hands-on role working on major infrastructure projects, including 3-waters, subdivisions, roading, and heavy civil earthworks. If you enjoy physical work, want to build your skills, and are keen to be part of a high-performing team, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with installation of stormwater, wastewater, and water supply pipelines
Supporting excavation, trenching, shoring, and pipe-laying operations
Backfilling, compaction, and site reinstatement work
Operating small tools and supporting machinery/plant operators
Spotting for machine operators and maintaining safe exclusion zones
