Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all civil/building engineering construction works and equipment installations are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, specifications, and relevant industry standards.
Monitor and control project costs and material usage to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Oversee the progress of all tasks to ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.
Implement on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with budget, quality standards, timely completion, and safety regulations.
Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely completion in accordance with the work schedule.
Conduct regular testing of materials and construction procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
