Are you an experienced Civil Foreperson looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a major industrial project? At Ledcor, we take pride in safety and quality, and we’re looking for hardworking and reliable workers to join our team in Fort McMurray.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and direction to civil crews, including labourers, heavy equipment operators, and drivers
- Plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction activities such as earthworks, grading, excavation, backfill, and material placement
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules
- Coordinate equipment and manpower requirements to meet daily production targets
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings, ensuring crews understand work plans and hazards
