Job Description
- Inspect all civil and structural works including foundations, concrete structures, refractory installations, grouting, paving, drainage systems, and plant buildings across the QAFCO fertilizer complex
- Monitor and inspect refractory lining installation and repair activities in furnaces, reactors, and high-temperature equipment in accordance with API 936 and manufacturer specifications
- Verify concrete mix designs, pour records, cube testing, reinforcement placement, and formwork in compliance with ACI, BS 8110, and QAFCO civil engineering standards
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and material submittals; ensure all civil works conform to approved drawings and project specifications
