FUNCTION

Reporting to the Senior Territorial Development Manager and the Social Performance Director, the main activities of the job are to: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with civil society organizations (CSOs), including CBOs, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders; provide technical support and capacity-building assistance to CSOs and NGOs to strengthen their ability to effectively implement project activities; support knowledge-sharing and the documentation of project learnings, successes, and challenges; coordinate the implementation of the social performance strategy by engaging with CSOs, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations; facilitate inclusive and transparent stakeholder engagement processes involving CSOs, local communities, and government entities, fostering trust and collaboration; assist in the rollout of project social man...
