Tasks
Process customer claims related to defective, damaged, or non-compliant products. Submit claims to manufacturers and ensure proper follow-up. Manage merchandise returns and RMA requests. Issue customer credits and ensure proper system recording. Follow up on claims files and communicate with customers. Handle denied claims and propose appropriate solutions. Monitor reporting and maintain up-to-date documentation. Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient service. Perform any other related duties. Ready to take on new challenges?
