Job Description
Join Panda Waste at our Wolverhampton depot. We are looking for a reliable, professional Class 1 Driver to operate Articulated vehicles within our growing team.
The Pay & Perks
Standard Rate: £14.50 per hour
Overtime Rate: £21.75 per hour (Paid at 1.5x)
Early Start Bonus: £10.00 extra per day (for starts before 04:30)
Daily Bonus Potential: Up to £13.00 per day (£65 per week)
Meal Allowance: £3.00 daily allowance
Night Shift Allowance: £26.50 per night (when night work is required)The Schedule
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays required)
Shift Times: Typical window between 05:00 and 17:00
Stability: Consistent routes and a supportive local depot teamKey Responsibilities
Operating Artic vehicles safely and efficiently.
Conducting daily vehicle safety checks and compliance reporting.
