Responsibilities
Safe transport of goods using curtain-side or refrigerated trailers.
Timely collections and deliveries across the UK.
Usage of DFDS apps to provide customers with real‑time updates.
(For fridge work) Monitoring and maintaining correct trailer temperatures.
Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
Accurate record‑keeping of deliveries and driving hours.
Compliance with all road safety and transport regulations.
Qualifications
Professional Class 1 Driver with CPC, DIGI card, and valid driving record.
Strong vehicle‑check and safety focus, able to work independently.
Experience in general haulage, fridge work, ferry trailers or dockside operations is a bonus.
Customer‑first attitude and ability to deliver on time.
