For students with complex SLCN, communication is the key to the world. We are looking for TAs who are passionate about-or want to specialise in-alternative communication. Working in a low-arousal setting, you will lead the way in Makaton and AAC, collaborating daily with on-site Speech and Language Therapists to unlock the potential of every student.
What You Bring to the Team:
We are looking for the Steady Hand-the practitioner who gets it.
- The Toolkit: Proven experience with ASC, SLCN, or SEMH.
- The Language: Proficiency in (or a desire to lead in) Makaton, PECS, or AAC.
- The Mindset: You understand that boundaries and rapport are the keys to every breakthrough.
