Client Communication & Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Communication & Sales Coordinator to manage all customer communication, coordination, and system tracking for our commercial doors and hardware business. This fully remote role allows estimators to focus on pricing and takeoffs while you handle customer and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own customer relationships: Send estimates, follow up, track responses, and manage approvals
  • Coordinate internally: Work with estimators, contractors, manufacturers, warehouse staff, and internal teams
  • Manage orders & payments: Track deposits, invoices, and payments; confirm order processing, shipping, and delivery
  • Maintain systems & documentation: Use , QuickBooks, and Shopify to log communication, track tasks, and report updates
  • Support sales & outreach: Assist with CRM, LinkedIn, and other outreach activities
