About the Role:
We are recruiting a Pre-Construction Coordinator for a high-end residential builder specialising in architectural new homes and heritage renovations.
This is a client-facing coordination role, not administration. You will manage the pre-construction phase, act as the main point of contact for clients, and coordinate consultants, documentation and internal teams prior to site commencement.
The role suits someone with residential construction knowledge who can confidently communicate with high-end clients and clearly explain construction processes.
