This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for a Client Development Associate to join our Client Partner team. This is an inbound sales role - there is no cold calling. You will own a pipeline of inbound and warm leads and manage the full sales cycle, from qualification through to close.
Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, conducting discovery calls to understand prospective clients' needs, developing tailored proposals, and converting qualified opportunities into signed clients. You will maintain consistent follow-up by phone and email to move deals forward, address objections, and close efficiently, then support a smooth handoff into onboarding. The role works collaboratively across departments to deliver a strong client experience from first contact onward.
