Job Description
The Client & Business Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual tenants, long-stay guests, and corporate clients , while also building and scaling revenue channels for Hello World.
This role combines account management, tenant experience, and business development , ensuring strong client satisfaction while driving repeat business, renewals, and corporate partnerships.
Core Objective
Strengthen relationships with tenants and corporate clients
Increase repeat bookings, renewals, and referrals
Build sustainable B2 B and B2 C revenue channels
Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams
Key Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for long-stay tenants and premium guests
