Requirements
- Must possess at least an SPM and above.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Have a customer-oriented attitude.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle situations with empathy, integrity, and sincerity.
- Able to work 24-hour rotational shift and on weekends.
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service/Airline experience in contact centre will be an advantage.
