What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Centre and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you will answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right teams. You’ll be the first line of support as clients work toward their financial goals. It is required that you be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance.
To successfully perform this work, you’ll be on‑site full‑time.
