KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Track & follow up on distributors' response on the side letter.
• Manage & close out the comments from distributors on the side letter along with other key internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendor to set up the KPI &/ KYD questionnaire solution.Perform testing on solution.Implement the KPI &/KYD solution with vendor by the stipulated timeline.
• Provide user training.
• Provide regular progress updates to working group.
