Job Responsibilities
·You would be responsible for resolving queries received via emails & phone calls from both internal and external clients.
·Your additional responsibilities will include triaging billing issues and problems related to client access to our products.
·You are required to answer inbound calls and resolve/redirect them as per defined processes.
·We expect you to ensure that the request is being handled within the preset department SLA and closed after client confirmation.
