Title: Client Support Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Exp: 3-5 years
Job Description:
1) Experience of managing AEM in a cloud environment like Adobe Cloud, AWS
2) Hands on experience in Unix, SQL & scripting
3) Hands on experience in AEM Administration which includes troubleshooting different layers of architecture like CDN, Despatcher, Publisher, Author etc..
4) Hands on experience in Code Repository like VSTS, Github
5) Good experience on managing Java based web applications.
6) Good experience on troubleshooting integrations, ability to use tools like Postman to test API functioning
7) Experience installing, configuring and using monitoring tools like NewRelic, Datadog
