• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries
• Resolve complex issues at the root cause
• Monitor and strengthen client relationships
• Coordinate service delivery aligning with expectations
• Update CRM systems with accurate client records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 2-4 years Customs Brokerage experience required
• Customs Certified Specialist designation preferred
