Expected Salary Range: $100943 - $126179 Annually

Target Variable Performance Pay: 10%

The Climate Action Consultant is responsible for proactively engaging with small commercial customers in the market to drive measurable participation in the Save on Energy programs with a focus on electrification of heating, hot water and transportation, energy efficiency, or behind the meter resources.
