This role entails co-seeing patients, handling urgent chart reviews, and providing essential consultations to ensure NPs can focus on their responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Support NPs in primary patient consultations
• Complete urgent chart reviews within 7 days of referrals
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and education
• Participate in project work for clinic advancements
